Graduated from Greenbrier East in 1977. Attended Concord College on a football scholarship until 1983. After college worked as the lead crew chief on an oil exploration crew where we traveled the globe in search of oil and gas. (hydrocarbons).
After retiring from the oil fields traveled to the outer banks of north Carolina where Girlonza and his wife Jane started a successful restaurant and worked the real-estate industry on Hatteras Island.
Returned back to West Virginia and started Old Spruce Realty at Snowshoe where we managed and rented homes and condos as well as the real estate sales department and started three housing developments. Girlonza is also a General Contractor and a licensed auctioneer in Virginia and West Virginia.
Girlonza and his wife Jane now reside in Lewisburg in their newest development Twin Oaks with their two sons and work at Old Spruce Realty in Lewisburg

He graduated from Greenbrier East High in 1988 and is also a graduate from Glenville State College in 1990 and 1992 with degrees in Forest Technology and Business Management. Wayne owns and operates Greenbrier Land & Forestry, LLC., he has extensive knowledge and experience in the Industrial Forest Products Industry and has worked with federal, industrial, and private landowners in West Virginia, Virginia, and Kentucky since 1990. Wayne has lots of experience in timber sales, timber cruising, harvesting and forest management. Large tracts of farm and timberland is what he knows best and is excited to help you with any buying or selling real estate transactions that you may need him for. He is a long time resident of the Greenbrier Valley. Wayne lives in Maxwelton with his wife Bridgette and thier son Alex.

Betty is a native WV girl, graduated from WVU (GO Mountaineers!!) in 1982 then moved to Greenbrier County in 1983. She lives near Crawley WV with her husband Craig, 8 horses, 4 dogs, and 2 cats. They have two children who are now in college. Having brokered her own successful company for nearly 20 years, she recently joined Old Spruce Realty and looks forward to having more time for listing and selling property. Betty particularliy enjoys selling land, farms, and country homes. When not selling real estate Betty enjoys riding and raising AQHA Horses for barrel racing, gardening ,hiking and most outdoor activities. I have been involved in marketing and selling the
