A native of West Virginia, Bill joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating from high school. After nine years of travel throughout the world in the military, Bill decided to come back home in 2004 to start a career in real estate. Bill is a licensed realtor in WV and VA and along with G. Scott has recently started The Virginias Auction Group, an auction company that will provide services in both the Virginias.

Graduated from Greenbrier East in 1977. Attended Concord College on a football scholarship until 1983. After college worked as the lead crew chief on an oil exploration crew where we traveled the globe in search of oil and gas. (hydrocarbons).
After retiring from the oil fields traveled to the outer banks of north Carolina where Girlonza and his wife Jane started a successful restaurant and worked the real-estate industry on Hatteras Island.
Returned back to West Virginia and started Old Spruce Realty at Snowshoe where we managed and rented homes and condos as well as the real estate sales department and started three housing developments. Girlonza is also a General Contractor and a licensed auctioneer in Virginia and West Virginia.
Girlonza and his wife Jane now reside in Lewisburg in their newest development Twin Oaks with their two sons and work at Old Spruce Realty in Lewisburg
